"Check in lady was the sweetest! I checked in yesterday evening May 24 around 7ish 8ish! She was nice! Got to the room… cleanliness was not maintained at all! Crumbs, dirty shower, dust and smudge prints were on doors! Bed comfy couldn’t hear noise from neighbors! Let down by the bar renovations I really enjoy this bar when I stay here! Fitness center was great!!! As usual!!!! Overall.. I would stay again! Just hoping cleanliness is better! If not… no biggie! That’s why I always travel with my handy dandy Clorox wipes!"
"Hotel is outdated. Our room was not very clean but beds were comfortable. Decent priced for a quick nights rest. Probably wouldn’t stay again but the hotel staff was very nice and helpful."
"We were disappointed in our stay with the price we paid. Originally the staff was helpful in accommodating the first floor. But once we arrived to the room, it had a mildew + bleach smell. The sink was as stained from being dirty. The smell instantly gave us a headache so we kindly asked to switch rooms due to a smell and the front desk personnel was immediately was annoyed. He let me know the 1st floor wasn’t available anymore and I said 2nd floor would be fine. He handing me the card without saying a word. I thanked him and he walked away . The 2nd room was much better so I returned the old key, thanking him while handing him the old key and he gave me an annoyed look and said nothing. Even in the second floor, the carpet was sticky so we wore our shoes everywhere but overall the beds were comfortable and luckily, we were only staying one night. I definitely would not stay here again, especially for the price that we paid."
"I always stay at Hilton for my daughter’s bday- she always has the Queen Suite and they have a good time and utilize the pool. The only downside this year was that the jacuzzi didn’t work in the room, the charger ports did not work, Our refrigerator DID NOT work, nor did our microwave. We did report that it probably was a breaker issue but no one came to research. Also, night staff shunned the kids for going to the front desk to ask to warm their pizza. We had NO MICROWAVE so what else were they to do? The room was clean, the staff was nice, I just didn’t have the best experience because nothing was operable in the room. I also didn’t appreciate the manner at which the night staff spoke to my guests"
