friendly location to watch the water of the Broads go by as our room faced full length windows providing many hors of entertainment watching the gees, swans and sunsets. Would have been good to know that to get to our room we had a climb of 12 external steps which was a bit of a challenge with cases and our pup but well worth kt when you got there.
