"The property was fantastic, location was perfect, walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and the port marina. The hotel consierge at check in was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend espresso martinis at Signor Nico right at the marina. Super delicious!! "

"The stay was absolute perfect. From the first minute we loved this place. Very nice people and a beautiful and clean area. Even as it was fully booked, it was not crowded at all. Perfect for holidays with Kids! "

"The property is convenient for visiting Pisa city centre and the tower. The staff at the property were very friendly. The property was clean and so was the pool and pool area. The pool is great, although it does close at 7pm which is typical for Italy, although if you’ve been visiting the city during the day, longer pool opening would be advantageous. The problem with this place is that there’s literally nothing there, there’s a restaurant in the evenings, which I have to say is brilliant....

"The front desk person was fantastic. I think his name was Massimo(Max). He sent us lots of information before our stay and was super friendly and welcoming when we arrived. We had a beautiful suite with a wonderful view of the sunset. We were actually thinking of changing our itinerary and staying another night. "

"La pulizia della camera non era eccezionale al nostro arrivo, e purtroppo basta un pomeriggio di domenica di pioggia per mandare un po' in tilt la situazione. Alle ore 14.40/15 impossibile mangiare nella struttura (ristorante chiuso, minimarket chiuso, bar senza prodotti salati) ed impossibile anche recuperare un ombrello se ne sei sprovvisto. In zona a quell'ora tutto chiuso eccezione del forno 24h ore a 15 minuti a piedi dalla struttura, dove siamo arrivati completamente zuppi. Personale...

"The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."

"Sehr gute Kommunikation per WhatsApp App, alles super funktioniert. Auch die Anmeldung unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Super Aussicht und Pool. Man fährt einen Schotterweg ca. 2 km lang, mit den meisten Autos gut erreichbar. Wohnung ist typisch toskanisch und hat alles nötige drin. "

"We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel in Pisa. The location is unbeatable—literally right across the street from the main train station, which made it incredibly easy for us to visit nearby cities during our trip. Just in front of the hotel, we could also catch the bus that took us directly to the city center, where the famous Leaning Tower and Piazza dei Miracoli are located. The staff was very kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast—it was simple, good and a perfect way to start each day. Overall, this hotel was a great base for exploring Pisa and the surrounding areas. "
