Top Colorado Western Slope Hotel Reviews
Silver Spruce Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel for what I wanted (lower price compared to other hotels nearby and still in walking distance to Hot Springs). Very friendly staff and a charming place to stay. I hope to return."
Keystone Lodge & Spa, A Vail Resorts Property
10/10 Excellent
"We’ve been going to this property for more than 25 years. And while that may seem like property is dated or “tired”, by no means, no! In addition the entire staff was welcoming, kind and helpful! Great place!!"
Grand Vista Hotel
8/10 Good
"Nice clean hotel. Pool was nice, “fitness center” consists of free weights and a stair climber that doesn’t work well. The elevators are slow, take the stairs if you’re in a hurry. Staff was superb. Breakfast was lackluster"
Hotel Colorado
10/10 Excellent
"I’ve stayed at Hotel Colorado twice - and have had an excellent experience both times. Excellent location, courtyard bar / dinning, and always a clean room experience. Every staff member we encountered was extremely nice and friendly. Will continue to be back!"
River Mountain Lodge, A Vail Resorts Property
10/10 Excellent
"Have stayed at River Mountain Lodge many times over the last several years. Love the location and the staff. Highly recommend it if you like being close to Main Street. This unit was great."
Evergreen Lodge at Vail
8/10 Good
"Great location, helpful staff, decent prices in the restaurants, room & bathroom were clean. The gym and pool looked great but I didn’t get to use them. The parking lot was packed on one night but staff helped me out."
Village at Breckenridge, A Vail Resorts Property
8/10 Good
"The gal at the desk for check-in was fabulous. Very helpful with information about the property and she suggested a wonderful place for lunch. The one-bedroom unit we had was fine, but it is pretty dark -- not much natural light is able to get into the room and the view from our unit wasn't very good. The carpet in the bedroom had some stains on it. We found the bedding and towels to be high quality and the bed was superb. The biggest disappointment was the pool. We looked at the pool on the day we arrived and saw that there are NO lounge chairs available. All of the chairs are for sitting only, none for lying down. We are avid pool people and didn't go to the pool once. The location of the property was great -- within walking distance to Main Street and the many shops and restaurants. An added plus for our 5-day stay was the Art Fair. I left a suggestion with the front desk manager on our 4th day and suggested that two pulls be added to the ceiling light and fan in the bedroom. I had to stand on the bed frame to reach the pulls. We went down Saturday morning at 7:40 to check out and there was no desk clerk. He came in while I was waiting and said he was "running late." We love Breckenridge and look forward to our next visit."
