"This place exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with checking in, not the hotels fault it was Expedias fault. The hotel staff helped me resolve the issue. I had 2 rooms both were much bigger than I expected and very clean. There was a lady at the front desk, I can’t recall her name! (I have her card somewhere in my luggage) she was fabulous, she checked me in the night we arrived! Kudos to her and all her help. Breakfast was decent only negative is I wish they had more then 2 small waste baskets in the rooms. We will absolutely stay at this property again. Right off the highway with food and stores close by"

"The room was clean and updated with multiple outlets for charging. We could hear traffic from the road, especially loud engines. The biggest problem was when we arrived, they couldn't find our reservation due to a software issue. They needed our confirmation number which is not displayed anywhere within the emails, receipt or details from Hotels.com. utilizing the chat feature didn't help until I requested to speak to a real person within the Ai driven chat. Once a real person connected, I got the info and was able to get checked in."

"The hotel and area is very nice. Beautiful. I wasn’t satisfied with the massage at the spa considering I asked for deep tissue and paid over $700 for a couples massage. I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful."
