"I was surprised by this property after reading that it had great reviews. I arrived to find that the carpets were very dirty, there are no elevators to assist people who cannot use stairs, the breakfast ends earlier than most hotels, and while the site says they offer a shuttle to the Colorado Springs hotel, they do not. The room was very dated, which made the bathroom seem unclean. The coffee maker was placed in an area where no plug was available. The lobby of the hotel looks kind of lodge-cool, but other than that, I found no value or attraction to staying at this location again."
