"Our room was filthy. Floors were covered in prior guest debris and hair. No towels, soap, pillows when we first arrived, but a call downstairs got those items quickly. It looked like our room wasn't ready for occupancy, no clock, hangers, extra lock on door. No blackout curtains, so at night, room was too lit up from outside lights. "

They had a strong chemical smell so they had been washed. We had to ask for cups and towels for the room. The front desk was helpful and brought them to us."
