Hotels near Colonial Park

"It was great. We stayed 3 nights. I only had one issue and that was one morning they came in emptied trash and replaced towels but didn’t replace coffee or make the bed. It was like they got interrupted and just never finished. Every thing else was perfect. I know in some comments there complaints about hearing traffic noise. Yes it is close to interstate but we never heard any of that. No horns, no passing traffic. It was peaceful. Breakfast was wonderful. I do want to warn people…. Do not go to the Applebees down the road. We went sat down, looked around and got up before our waitress could come and take our drink order. The place was nasty. I recommend Cracker Barrel next door."

"Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and a great breakfast. I travel a lot and have stayed at several higher end hotels recently but this one by far exceeded the others in every area. Great job Comfort Suites. We will be back. "

"Clean room, the front desk when I checked was awesome. The gentleman checked me in quickly after a long day on the road. And when I checked the next morning he helped me get my truck out from being stuck in the snow. He didn’t have too but he did. So kudos to him for going out of his way. Definitely one of the reasons I would stay there again and recommend to anyone else. "

"The room was clean, comfy, and cute. As a suite, it was well laid out and appointed; I found everything I needed in that little kitchen. This was my first time in a Candlewood suite but not the last. I’m a fan! "

"The front desk were super friendly and helpful.. the rooms on the other hand… they appear nice at first glance but every time I’d use something in the room I’d notice how gross it was. The showers have mold all in the grout and shower heads.. the mirrors were dirty with a black substance on one of them. The floors had cigarette butts behind the bed all the outlets were broken and loose missing the face plates. The toilets weren’t clean and the desks, refrigerators, and microwaves seemed to have been here long enough to be burned with cigarettes and rusted. The second room smelled completely like cigarette smoke and the bathtub drains for both rooms were clogged with so much hair I tough to had the stopper on.. I had to bleach everything. The beds were nice. Bedding was clean. The wall behind the bed in 252 had big mold spots by baseboard. This was a very gross experience. When I got in bed I was so exhausted from all I have had going on I noticed the next morning there was a bad black spot on the sheets and then quickly realized it was from the bottom of my feet and the only time I’ve taken my socks off, was here in the room and have since ruined three pairs of socks, walking around with my socks on and when I’m barefoot my feet are completely black so I mopped the floor and I cleaned everything for you guys but there’s dust mold everything.. lamps are rusted completely out "
