"My water never got warm so I could not shower"

"This is an excellent , fairly new property. The only problem with the property itself was the bathroom door which has a glass window, causing light from the bathroom into the bedroom at night. The reason for the negative rating was a "guest" on the 4th floor who could be heard until 3:00 A.M. loudly doing what is presumed to be a podcast in a foreign language. The management made no attempt to stop the noise which annoyed other guests! "

"This property was very pet friendly. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was satisfying. We enjoyed our stay and are going to stay again on our way home."

"The rooms were not maintained at all however we didn’t experience any bugs. The bed sheets and towels were clean. The customer service was good, however they didnt have much grab and go breakfast options they really need too deep clean their rooms "

"The only plus is that pets are allowed. This Red Roof gives the corporate Red Roofs a bad name. No ice machine, no snacks, no coffee maker, rooms have had a bad makeover. No breakfast like corporate Inns. Overall 1 out of 5 is generous!"
