The hotel has two advantages: a large pool with an ocean view and all rooms offering ocean views—of course, the higher the floor, the better the view. And that’s where the positives end. There is no service at the hotel whatsoever. Rooms are not ready on time for check-in. Contrary to the descriptions, there is no bar at the hotel. "Das Hotel ist eine tolle Ausgangsbasis, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Bereich Colombo zu entdecken. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und mit allen, was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist sehr erholsam. Das Essen ist wie die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals nicht zu übertreffen. Nur der Strand ist zum Schwimmen nicht so geeignet. Wellness wurde auch angeboten, leider hatten wir zu knapp geplant."

"No toiletries, didn’t feel safe, it’s in a corner of the town that is hidden and hard to find. It was sketchy. There’s a net on the roof of the bathroom so anyone can come see inside from above; no privacy. People can see inside through the curtains. The staff were nice. Definitely not worth it for the price!!!"
