"Rooms were clean, but a lot of the included equipment like the water equipment (kayaks/paddle boat), large swing, two restaurants were ‘not working.’ Which was a reason we chose this location. The food was excellent, but service slow. The all inclusive breakfast changed locations without notice to the guests- The airport transportation was coordinated ahead of time and when we landed after an early flight, the driver informed us he would be an hour late. "What an amazing experience from the get go, Cesar met me at the dock and led the way to this beautiful secret piece of heaven Satori , it was perfect , so peaceful, my cabin was perfect clean , towel and mosquito net (although I was not bothered by any) I enjoyed the breakfast and my coffee in the morning.
