Customer service was good. I enquired about parking prior to arrival and the staff responded quickly and very helpful. Close to the tram for those wanting to go onto Köln city Center (10 min walk). The room was satisfactory. Nice view of the Rhine. Easy check in and out. Would happily stay again.

A lot of hotel room for a little price.

If you crave perfection...this is not your hotel. This is an older hotel in a spectacular location!! We rented a family suite. It had two bedrooms and a living room and slept 4 adults VERY comfortably. It is not a luxury hotel but it was clean and every request me made was met with cheerful compliance. My only complaint is that the shower is very small...think cruise ship small. It is a 1k walk to the train station to Cologne.

COLD Rooms

The hitel skinps on heating and doesnt turn the heaters on When asked the guy on duty has the audacity to say that in Germany 15 degrees is warm for them So they turn of heating . The night temperatures at this time are very cold and the whole idea of a good sleep is lost when ypu have these bog windows( great view) but lets in so much cold into the room The guy then gave me electric heayer which i think is programmed to work only for a little timso in all I suffered for two nights at the hotel If you are looking for a warm cost bed dont go there If you are ok with a cold bed and also paying 12 euro extra for parki g per night then do visit Otherwise avoid

De eerste dagen werd onze kamer wel schoongemaakt, de laatste 3 dagen niet en moesten we zelf vragen om koffiecupjes voor het nespresso apparaat, en toiletpapier. Verder was ons verblijf goed

Mückenbrutstätte

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit super Blick auf den Rhein. Aber leider muss man sagen das wir mehrere Brutstätten von Mücken im Zimmer hatten. Einmal bei der großen Fensterfront und einmal im Bad. Ich musste die Badewanne vor dem Bad mehrmals reinigen, um die ganzen Larven und toten Insekten zu entfernen. Da müsste sicherlich mal was getan werden, um den sonst sehr guten Eindruck nicht zu belasten.

Es war wirklich schön. Die Türen und Fenster musste ich mit Liebe behandeln, aber die Einrichtung war super. Sehr schöner Ausblick, bequemes Bett und sauberes Bad. Und der Service war auch sehr zuvorkommend. Klasse!

Eine absolute super Unterkunft, werden gerne wieder kommen. Personal war sehr Freundlich, und auch für Nachbuchungen z.b. für Parkmöglichkeiten stehen sie gerne zur Verfügung. Bezahlmöglichkeit nur via Bargeldlose Bezahlung ( Kartenzahlung ) möglich, was aber absolut kein Problem ist. Wer Wassergeräusche bei offenen Fenster Beruhigend findet, wird hier absolut nicht enttäuscht. Das Schlaferlebnis ist teils besser als Zuhause. Alles in allem können Wir das Hotel am Rhein Wesseling wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
