Explico mi caso. Por un problema personal tuve que suspender viaje 48 horas antes. Ya habia pasado el tiempo cancelacion gratuita. Llamo el Hotel y me dicen que hable con Expedia a ver si al menos recupero el 20%del coste. Expedia me dice que hablará con el Hotel para mediar. Expedia me dice que tengo que pagar el 100%. El sabado recibo un wasapp del Hotel preguntando mi kombre y si voy a venir. Y que si hibiera avisado igual me habrian podido arreglar algo el coste. Yo llamé antes a el Hotel y me dijeron que hablara con Expedia. Mala coordinación entre ambos y yo pagando el 100%. Se podría haber hecho un pequeño descuento y quedar todos como unos señores

Check in etwas umständlich. Der Code für die Schlüsselbox wurde nicht so übermittelt wie vereinbart. Erst nach mehreren Telefonaten code erhalten und wir konnten ins Hotel und dann in die Zimmern.

Ein gutes, günstiges, kleines Hotel

Angemessenes Zimmer, klein, fein und sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ältere Menschen sollten versuchen, ein Zimmer in den unteren Etagen zu bekommen, da es keinen Aufzug, aber vier Stockwerke gibt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitten in der Altstadt, 3 Minuten zur Einkaufspassage im Zentrum und 10 Minuten zum Dom. Das Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist perfekt und für "normale" Ansprüche eine feine Unterkunft.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig und war nachts sehr laut. Das Parkhaus kostet 17 Euro pro Tag, das als Parkmöglichkeiten angegeben wird. Aber sehr zentral gelegen
