"Room was in excellent condition. Super clean and large as we got upgraded to a suite. Only downside was the balcony view as it overlooked other rooms. Staff were very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions and provided excellent service."

"Great hotel on main strip in Macao - this hotel is part of the londoner group so other hotels like Parisian and Venetian can be accesed easily. Huge amount of options for dining and casual eating but also easy to get to other luxury hotels on strip for shopping and food. The room was spacious and luxurious. Service was fantastic. "Amazing room, the hotel team was very amazing too, the location of The Parisian seems to be the best one in Cotai. The Brasserie Restaurant will stay the best food restaurant in the Hotel. Will be a pleasure to be back and pleasure to recommend this beautiful hotel."

"The husbands played golf while wives watched. We were on tours during most of our stay so did not shop much or go to spa. We did eat breakfast in the Food Court both days and our food was delicious. "

"Do the breakfast, huge selection, many tastes catered for and was fresh, clean and delicious. There are so many little extras this hotel has that really elevated the stay. Such as the well equipped kids room, selection of games, kids activities, pool toys and floaties, obstacles over the pool, room size ++, daily water bottles left it in the room, bath sheets. We utilised taxi, local bus and shuttle bus, all were easy to use and the staff assisted wherever we needed, though really noone had much desire to leave the resort anyway. All staff were accommodating and friendly, without a doubt would happily return. "
