"Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Pool is clean but quite a few sun loungers were broken. Accommodation was clean and all the basics were there and air con was great! The grounds look tired and need some attention. It’s a short walk to the beach. We had a lovely dinner at an Italian restaurant near the beach and there is a small supermarket nearby the beach. "

"The dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. There were spots of black mold growing and the walls and floor were grimy. "

"Un séjour qui s’est déroulé dans d’excellentes conditions, un appartement spacieux, propre, fonctionnel avec une terrasse comprenant de quoi profiter du soleil toulonnais. La formule express de petit déjeuner à 5€ est parfaite, que ce soit la qualité ou la plage horaire prévue. Tout cela pour un tarif très raisonnable. Je recommande"

"The accommodation and location was fantastic for if you're driving/renting a car. The pool was nice and available. You're right next to Grimaud, grocery store, and the drive is not so bad to get to Saint Tropez. The apartment was quite spacious with three bedrooms, a living room wirh a connected "kitchen" containing a fridge, stove, and a sink. Everything was clean but for our stay of 1 week it would have been nice to have extra sheets and pillows. The beds are not so comfortable but...

"Nous venons depuis plusieurs années .Le centre est toujours calme, propre et bien tenu. Les autres vacanciers et résidents sont respectueux et bienveillants. Le personnel reste professionnel, disponible et efficace. Un lieu où on peut vraiment se reposer. On recommande sans hésiter. Vous y retournez une fois, vous y revenez toujours. "

"Very nice air conditioned studio apartment. Very good kitchen and eating equipment plus a dish washer. Really comfortable bed and the whole apartment was very clean. I didn’t use my balcony because of the noise from the road however because the windows were double glazed and there was secondary double glazing you couldn’t hear any road noise with the windows shut."

"Had to pay for bed sheets at the property, plus we weren’t allowed drinks around the pool which wasn’t easy for us as we had kids so had to walk like every 30 mins to our apartment to getting drinks. "

"Property was in a great location and overall it was nice but we were staying for 3 nights and they left 3 towels plus 2 small one which wasn't enough. One of the bathroom was great and the small one was bad and very hard to take shower because water was going out and we had no extra towel to dry and basically only one bathroom. "

"No dining whatsoever. No towels for pool or change of towels. 1 roll of toilette paper provided for the entire week. Terrace had wasps : the technician said it was just « nice bees » and did not treat it. The spa is not accessible to guests and charges for use of sauna and indoor pool. This is not a 4 star facility . Daily breakfast was dismounting : no scrambled eggs or bacon. 1 croissant or chocolate croissant . Only ham . Not worth it. We were disappointed and will not return or recommend...

"Wir waren schon mehrfach dort. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Neben einem schönen Pool mit ausreichend Schirmen und Liegen kann man aus der Anlage direkt auf den Sandstrand, der ewig flach ist. Ideal für Familien. Hunde sind erlaubt, was leider auch nachts zu Gebelle führt. Es ist eine Apartmentanlage, also muss man seine Betten selbst machen und es gibt nur einmal Handtücher. "The main problem is that the location is hard to pickup on Uber. If you don’t speak French, it may be hard to communicate the exact location or they may not be willing to drive into the cul de sac. Otherwise, the property is decent and it’s less than 10 min from the central harbor. I had a bit of difficulty with the key and The host was a little aggressive when I asked for help. had difficulty with the key. "

"We have just spent 6 nights at this lovely family run hotel. The hosts are unbelievably helpful to ensure your stay is perfect. They assisted us with tickets for the ferry to Ste Tropez and made a reservation there for a fabulous restaurant. They provided secure enclosed parking for €25 per day and even escorted me to the local optician for advice on an eye issue which was so helpful. The room had a kettle and fridge which were useful. The host even lent us a plug adapter and a clothes steamer was available if required too! We have stayed in Ste Maxime a dozen times before and stayed at almost every hotel in the area and I can honestly say that this one is one of the best. It has the kindest hosts and it also has a fab location which is a couple of minutes from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. So do not hesitate to book this one if you are looking for a central location and value for money. "

The accommodation is basic but functional and clean.The staff was very warm, welcoming and eager to help out. Breakfast was balanced with a variety of foods to choose from. The surrounding area was very clean too. We recommend you stay here."
