It was very nice. Staff was great. There were no glasses in room and i thought blankets were not thick enough but that was no big deal. Smelled of weed when we got there.

The other people living here play loud music all day long and smoke weed and cigarettes indoors and you can smell it heavy in the hallways. No breakfast, no ice machine, the pool has been removed, there is only 1 good dryer out of the 4, the wifi cuts in and out, but at least they USUALLY have toilet paper, and its a short walk to the gas station for some ice.

My door to my room was wide-open, propped by a chair. Additionally the property is under heavy renovation and the concrete dust is everywhere. Room shower did not have a shower curtain, sofa, trash can, and was dirty with a ton of concrete dust. One staff member tried hard to make it right, but it was too far gone. Checked out - did not stay. Until renovations are completed I cannot recommend this property.

There was construction throughout with missing light fixtures and gaps between doors and frame you could stick your hand through. If I had been told about the construction I would have chosen a different property and will not stay here on any future trips...

Got put into a different room than I booked! Air/heat wasn’t controllable! Buttons don’t allow for changing mode or temp ! Tv is broken at top. One burner on stove did not work apon arrival, they did fix that. Still have failed to fix or replace unit for temp in room, although I was told they would switch it out! Window screen ripped. No pool as advertised, or breakfast. Fitness room literally has maybe 3 machines and a weight bench . Slide lock was missing on door so kind of unsafe! However it is the cheapest place in ofallon so I guess you get what you pay for !!

Terrible experience…staff is rude and will actually ignore you until you have yell at the top of your lungs for service. Nothing is in the rooms I had ask for a remote and wait a whole day to receive one. Nothing works or is missing a vital part in the rooms my toilet would not flush and was poorly sealed to the ground so it rocked and emitted an awful smell. Cabinets were missing, not pictures just nails, it smelled like dog everywhere, the door latch to lock the door was literally sawn in half so it was useless, the entryway smells like musty men and ages old dog piss this place is terrible the staff loiters in the parking lot standing in parking spaces where ppl could potentially park. I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend.

I liked the fact that there is a full size fridge & mini kitchen BUT that's it! No coffee machine, no soap or shampoo, no dishes or utensils. Floors are sticky like never been mopped. Elevator broke and stairs stunk like dog poo. I was charged $100 non refundable deposit for having a dog instead of $75 as it states on the website and told me website info needs to be updated. Unbelievable!! I couldn't go somewhere else so I stayed but never ever coming here again and it was the worst experience I had.
