"Upgraded to a heritage room before arrival and this was lovely - very spacious. Huge bed which was very comfortable and a spacious bathroom with great shower. Our room was first floor and at the front of the building so there was some noise from outside but nothing too much. This was my second stay in this hotel and I’ve just booked my third. Location is fantastic and staff are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if looking for somewhere to stay in Glasgow city centre."

But since it’s in Merchant City, it can get noisy at night with people hanging around the local bars talking snd yelling loudly. But the stay provide earplugs in the room which is nice,"
