"Beautiful historical hotel in the heart of the picturesque town of Collingwood. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Just be aware that parking is extra. Staff were really helpful. Thanks for a great mini break"

"Upon arrival, we were welcomed very warmly by Lorraine at the front desk and she gave us a smooth check-in experience, explaining everything we need to know to make the most of our stay. The lobby and room was very clean and the sheets were very soft! The breakfast was amazing, offering pancakes, fruit, oatmeal, toast, omelettes, sausage, muffins, and everything in between. There was a nice patio we were able to enjoy our breakfast :) We were able to get a table each morning, but there are times when it fills up, so I suggest going relatively early or late. In the room, the hand soap, cream, and shower products were all by Dove. This may not matter to most, but the hand soap smelled really nice - not over powering - and was also moisturizing which was great for me as my hands are always dry. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was a bit small and whenever we wanted to go there were too many people in it and kids splashing around that we opted out of that experience. Maybe next time! Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely return for another stay in Collingwood. It was also a great location, really close to the downtown area, great trails, and shopping."

"I had a wonderful stay and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a good variety of fresh options, and the parking was convenient and hassle-free. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We stayed in a suite with a kitchen and it was quite spacious for 2 adults and one child. Our suite was a bit dated and there were some stains on the carpet but the room was generally clean. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Both the outdoor and indoor pools were great but could've been a bit cleaner. We had breakfast one morning at Gustav's and it was delicious."

"The staff at this hotel are really lovely. Had a wonderful check-in with a charming gentleman at the desk. Room was small but clean, shower didn't have much pressure. There was a wireless phone charger in the room but it did charge slowly. Outlets were in awkward areas but we managed just fine. Pool was closed during our stay - they only have an indoor pool. I saw a photo of an outdoor pool with their property photos on Expedia which is what made me book here, I was a bit disappointed to learn that it wasn't part of this hotel. Hotel is a very quick walk from the village, it's close enough to come back to should you need a quick break. The staff also provided us with wristbands to use some of Blue Mountains facilities free of charge and a generous coupon for the hotel restaurants. There is some room for improvement, however it was a lovely stay and the staff alone make it worth returning to. I'll definitely be returning next year!"
