"Room was clean and ready for our arrival. It was honestly the perfect budget trip to Philadelphia experience. Lots of really great food and coffee options within 2 blocks of the hotel. Great attractions nearby let it be the bridge the piers or the historic district itself. Hotel restaurant came to the rescue when the wife didn’t wanna walk to a restaurant. Honestly the hotel was kinda regular. But in a good way, nothing over zealous. "

"The check in procedure was arduous; when I pulled into the garage I had to beep to get an attendant's attention, so I could get my ticket. There was an empty luggage cart there so I was able to have the (wonderful!!!) bellhop Allen bring everything upstairs for me. There was construction going on in the lobby so I had to do some prospecting to find the mezzanine level and get checked in. I was having a terrible day (heinous protest traffic, impossible to go one block to get to the hotel, I was accosted by a homeless person on the street, etc) and Allen was VERY caring. Once I got into my room & unpacked, I noticed a few things. The toilet kept running every time I flushed it & I had to keep going back to jiggle the handle. Eventually I stopped doing that as it was inconvenient, after about 40 minutes it eventually stopped. I was also unable to open the sliding door curtains all the way; they got stuck on the rails (both the inner and outer curtain): that was disappointing, as I wanted to see the entire city without curtains blocking my view. (I had paid extra money to upgrade to a suite so I would have a balcony.) The elevators were majorly slow. The construction in the lobby made it hard to even get INTO the building...sometimes the front door would be open, other times there were workers behind the door & I had to wave & bang on the (glass) door for them to open the door. One time the guy could not figure it out & told me to go around thru the parking garage! Disappointing."

"the room super nice clean and comfort.love the bed king size super comfortl . the lobby small a little bit. great rooft top location. well i was on secound floor some noise some one doing landry at 11 pm i should be quiet hours. staff mega super friendly. i will book again thanks "

"Upon check in the ladies at the front were amazing! I let them know it was my birthday and let’s just say they took very good care of my stay. The amenities are very relaxed and they provide you with everything. The evening cocktail section is a vibe! Please go there and enjoy! Be kind to the staff and always remember to tip well! I’ll be back again. "

"We thought we'd have our own little space like an apartment - we end up sharing the living space with the main building. It's not a big deal but didn't expect it to be that way. Overall, it was a good stay"
