"My hubby and I stayed at Morritts Tortuga for our anniversary and we had an amazing time. They hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The pools were fun and the food at the restaurants were great. Everything we had was good and the drinks were very reasonable too. Loved playing pool, darts and ping pong at The Cavern. We hope to make this our annual tradition to stay here."

The Reef Beach Resort - All Inclusive - East End, Grand Cayman
10/10 Excellent
"The property so clean and so close to the water AMAZING views of the water from rooms, bar, and restaurants both inside and outside. No words for how awesome tye staff was. Best staff we ever encountered in any of our travels. So kind, helpful, and so hard working, and always smiling!! Cannot say enough good things about the staff overall. Only issue we had was the water on the East end completely different than the West end. Not the resorts fault at all, However if you are a huge sit on the beach and swim in the water type I would not recommend this east side of the island. The west side is crystal clear clean water with white sand beach . The difference is night and day. But if you are looking for quiet and a more natural island experience I would definitely recommend The Reef Resort. Or rent a car and drive back and forth to get both aspects of the island. However, keep
in mind its 1 hour drive each and they drive on the opposite side of the road then Americans, so you would need to be able to adapt to both of those issues"
"Was very pleased with the Ocean Reef which apparently went through change of ownership on April 1st. Note it is no longer a Wyndham Resort Staff were welcoming and all amenities were perfect. East End is another part of Grand Cayman worth exploring."
The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa
8/10 Good
"Room was clean. Noticed a sewage smell coming from the toilet, the whole time we were there. Seems like for the price this hotel could use some renovations. Was promised that I would get an ocean view room the day after I checked in. I went to front desk to check the following morning, and they told me there were not any rooms with king beds available. Just a double queen bed and it would cost $100 more per day. I declined that due to already paying a lot for the room we got above the front door. The other thing I noticed is that if you want to relax or take a nap in the room during the day it is extremely noisy. Between talking loudly and all the doors slamming it was impossible to be in the room during the day. The best part of this hotel is the location. It is right on the beach, and they have plenty of beach loungers with umbrellas. This is my third time at The Westin in 10 years, the first year they were working on the lobby so that is pretty new and still in good shape."
"It was my first time in the Cayman Islands, and I overall enjoyed it. My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying at the Grand Cayman Marriott Resort. Our check-in and check-out process was smooth. It was my birthday, so my boyfriend had the room decorated, which was great. They also had a cake for me. The restaurants food was good as well.
We also enjoyed the location, right by the beach and within walking distance of shops and other restaurants. We booked an excursion while we were there, and the attendant was very helpful. Everyone at the hotel was great.
All in all, it was a good experience. We noticed that Cayman is a quieter island, which is exactly what I wanted for my birthday. We both said we would come again and stay at this hotel."
