The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. "This beautiful property set in the Umbrian countryside is the ideal base for exploring the gorgeous hill towns of Umbria. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. The restaurant serves marvelous food and has a great wine list. We had four superb days here and highly recommend it to everyone. "

"In a very quiet passageway very close to the old centre. A short walk to the station. The people in the town very friendly. Lacked an iron, board or dryer. Comfortable large bed. Highly recommended. Not so EXPEDIA who formerly advised us the room was available 2 hours before it should have been and the host had to scramble cleaners to get the room ready early. Well done to the host.
