"Excellent hotel in great location in Nice. Just off the main shopping street, 5 minute walk to train station. Lots of nice restaurants near by. Only 10 minute walk to promenade. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast - best one for choice I have had abroad. Lovely pool and bar area on roof top with fantastic views."

"Love the view. Breakfast good. Service needs serious improvement - maybe a little war torn from the"season", however Fall travelers also deserve a postive upbeat experience. Esepcially because one is isolated in this hotel - meaning taking the car back to EZE or elsewhere although really no big deal - can be something weary travelers don't want to have to do early in the morning or for dinner (especially if you enjoy your cocktails and wine)....making the food, drinks and service vital to a complete stay. Also - get rid of the old fashioned European tubs where clmbing in and out is scarier than driving the Corniches! Add a shower or find a way to lower the tubs and put safety handles - they can be pretty! The proerty hasn't changed in 16 years otherwise except for well done freshening up and it shouldn't! Always a joy to visit Eze!"

"Staff was very nice. I stayed in 2 different rooms as my trip was split by traveling. Both felt clean. Good space in sleeping area for both rooms bed comfortable ❤️ for sleeping. First bathroom more space (helpful if you need to wash anything out). Very easy to get to activities, restaurants, shopping, and the sea."
