"My entire stay was absolutely wonderful!!! Check In was handle so smoothly. My husband drove up behind me and he has a dulley 450 truck that was too high for the parking garage. The hotel manager arranged parking for my husband, and we were able to park beside the hotel in the day parking lot. He even gave us his card in case we had any issues with the parking attendant. The bar staff were all amazing and I love when servers interact with customers, it gives it a personal touch. The was one bartender, he was a slim African-American young man, he worked 05/22/2026 and 05/23/2026, I would like for him to be recognized because he went above and beyond to make my Aunt's birthday extra special. It meant a lot because the weather was rainy and we couldn't go out so he made staying inside such a pleasure. The Hyatt is the only hotel that I stay at when visiting the National Harbor in Maryland and I wouldn't change it for anything. Thanks"
