"Working on the road i look for the most financially viable option and this motel 6 was the one. At first impression i was astonished by how clean the area and lobby were. At first i had made contact with the manager while checking in, he was amazing. After the second week of staying there the manager followed through with my request of keeping the same room. The staff made sure i had everything i needed from room cleaning daily to fresh towels and bed sheets. If every motel6 followed in their foot step they would be more successful at keeping their customers happy. Thank you motel 6 Auburn CA staff! "

"My room smelled like a cattle farm, no one cleaned our room for 4 days, the bar was never opened charged me 250 deposit and no amenities. It was awful will never stay there again. Stayed there last year and wasn’t that bad as now. The staff was not nice never spoke. Non friendly. "

"The staff provided good customer service. The breakfast was good. My biggest problem was the elevator didn't work our whole stay and we didn't get our room refreshed until day 3 of our 4 day stay. Otherwise good place to stay, centrally located in El Dorado Hills "
