The rooms are very small with no comfortable chairs to sit on. You have to walk across a parking lot to get to the place to get your free breakfast. If it's cold and raining, that walk is not fun.

Sandpoint Hotel & Suites Downtown
Staff was incredible, and very generous. Hot tub was HOT! but was in a different building. We loved our trip.

Springhill Suites By Marriott Sandpoint
Excellent breakfast. 7am - 10pm swimming pool/hot tub hours. 24hr gym room. Quite a spacious and clean room with a Mountain View. We'll come back again next March.
