"Really frustrating experience with checkin. They had made a mistake and checked someone in under my name already when I arrived, and then instead of explaining the situation and asking my friends and I to please wait while they sorted it out, they literally ran away without telling us anything and we had to wait for 45 minutes while they worked on it. Never once apologized or explained, just handed us the key once it was fixed. Also didn’t give us the room we had paid for, ended up with only one...

"The Resort is a beautiful destination in itself, the staff all went above and beyond in their willingness not help and accommodate all our needs. The daily housekeeping staff made sure to leave personal touches in our room each day, which made our stay just that much more enjoyable. It became a game to see what towel animal they would leave on our bed as well as a handwritten note. I highly recommend a stay here if you are in Panglao, or Bohol as a whole."
