"My elderly aunt recently stayed at Casona 1530 in Tequila, Jalisco, and she absolutely loved her time there. The hotel’s charming, colonial-style atmosphere made her feel like she was in a beautifully preserved historic home, but with all the comfort of modern amenities. From the moment she arrived, the staff were kind, patient, and very attentive, always ready to help her with anything she needed, including directions and suggestions for things to do nearby. She especially appreciated how safe and relaxed the environment felt, which is very important for an older traveler.The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, with a very cozy bed and excellent air conditioning, so she slept very well each night. She also liked the small details, such as the quality of the bedding and the modern bathroom, which made her stay feel more luxurious than she expected.The location was perfect for her because she could walk to the main plaza, church, and local restaurants without needing long or difficult walks. This allowed her to enjoy the town of Tequila at her own pace, sit in the plaza, and soak in the atmosphere without feeling rushed. Overall, my aunt had a wonderful stay and has been recommending Casona 1530 to our family and friends ever since. She would highly recommend this hotel to other seniors or anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and comfortable place to stay in Tequila."
