"The property is right next to a busy road. Even though I occupied a room not facing the road it was still noisy with traffic and airport noise. The property could use an upgrade but was kept clean. The restaurant on site has great food and service. When you are traveling through Colombia and need 1 or 2 nights, it’s a good location conveniently close to the airport."

"The room was nice, and the staff, once we got in touch with them, were very helpful. The bedrooms are relatively quiet considering how noisy it was outside. Check in was a bit disappointing. Took a while to get in touch with the person to check us in, and then we had to wait a long time for someone to show up."

"This property is awesome!! The hotel is beautifully decorated with large glass windows and doors that leads you to a large deck with a beautiful view of the Rock and the lake . There is large hot tub on the deck which was great . The breakfast they delivered and served in our Chalet was delicious . There were 6 of us , there were 2 queen size beds in the bedroom and a queen size bed pullout bed in the living room , only drawback with that is the living room doesn’t have a black out curtains...

"Besides the lovely family hosting a more beautiful location with the vistas would be hard to imagine the only challenges to drive based on weather conditions, and the host is more gracious to also meet us on the main street and have a follow him"

"Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! "

"Wow I have to say it was my first time staying in a hotel like this one it was amazing the service even better they met above my expectations the staff was so helpful with my planning a surprise for my fiancé they kept in touch through WhatsApp even inch of the planning and made sure it look fantastic I was surprised did not think they would go be so beautiful and perfect more than I ever thought it would look the prices is very reasonable I definitely recommend it and plan to come stay here again. I did not take much pictures because I took videos instead of pictures "
