"We didn’t have a disappointment going for almost 20 years. Really nice property decent size room. Very nice pool except for the iguanas just walking around like they own the place. The waterfall and the pool itself was delightful. Check in was easy. Only one hiccup with a overzealous front desk clerk who gave my brother a hard time for no reason other than that nice property and stay."

"We were very pleased with our stay at Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale Airport & Cruiseport. The shuttle picked us up quickly, our rooms were comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and professional. The breakfast had a variety of choices which suited our group of seven. The noon checkout was especially helpful because our port arrival time was 11:45. I inadvertently left an item behind, but when I called the hotel, it had been located and I was able to make arrangements to send the item to my home. I highly recommend this hotel prior to a cruise."
