"Perhaps similar to others when researching hotels in Cocoa Beach, there was some hesitation to book Beachside Hotel & Suites based on some poor reviews on certain websites. Thankfully, those trepadations evaporated after arrival. Clean room, comfortable beds, good shower, fun lazy pool, free breakfast with excellent options, plenty of parking on property, and fantastic location for walking to beach, mini golf, restaurants and stores. The hotel is a great family-friendly option in the 3-star range. "

"The room and property was clean. Breakfast was included but I was surprised that it opened at 7:30am. It seemed that there were a lot of workers also staying there that start work early so I guess they couldn't get breakfast. I noticed from the sign it had been changed from 6:30am. Travelers like to hit the road early so that affected them as well. We did stay for breakfast the last day. It was a pretty substantial breakfast and had some healthy options. Location was convenient for Merritt Island and other surrounding points of interest. I would stay there again."
