"The room was not the best. The curtains were hanging off rhe hooks. The microwave didn't open after something was hot so you couldn't get it out of the microwave. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. There was no blanket on the bed. "

"No hot tub and no free breakfast or even coffee. Breakfast is normal buffett, but costs you $28 each. Joke! "

"Rachel the manager of this hotel is rude and racist. Reginald and Madison were kind and professional, Allison in corporate as fantastic. Rachel ruined my stay & made me feel unsafe. The room smelled like mold, I was having problems with my toilet, the room had mold on the curtains, there was food on the walls. I took pictures spoke to Rachel through text, she never sent anyone to help me, the next day I went down to use the lobby bathroom, mine still wasn’t working, I spoke to Maddison at front desk, she explained to Rachel I needed help. Rachel came up to my room with an attitude, i immediately started recording. She said the staff would never leave the room dirty, and she needed to take the pictures herself. I let her in and she took pictures of my cigarette on the balcony instead of anything else. She told me no smoking in rooms or on balcony, I said I’m not, she said she was going to have maintenance come up for the toilet and left. A few moments later she emailed me about me smoking in the room, which was untrue. I went down to the front desk to speak to her while recording the entire time. I asked why address me in an email, if she just spoke to me in person, and what about fixing the toilet. She told me I’m lucky she’s letting me stay here. I edited Google review &included video. She continued to make it clear I wasn’t welcome. I have health prbmls I would have provide medical card, she never gave me a chance, lied about refunding me, ruined my whole trip."
