"I did show up late, and they had given my room away and tacked a fee on. Even tho I did not have the equivalent accommodations of the room I booked… I must say they made it right. When the young lady that checked me in got finished giving me comps to try and compensate, I could no longer complain!! My loss turned out to not be a loss. So I’m thankful for that!! But other than that, the location is top tier!! The hotel is nice and all the extras that come with it. I would absolutely stay there again, despite the kinks!! Don’t mind me… go see for yourself!!!"
The Marshall House, Historic Inns of Savannah

"The lobby area and library were beautiful and had a historic feel. The wine and appetizers each evening in the lobby were wonderful. They had various entertainment each night, from a young woman singing and playing the guitar to a historian talking about Savannah. Breakfast each morning, which was included, was very good and service was also great. Our room was clean, lovely and well-appointed, but smaller than we expected. I think it's because it is a historic hotel. We received a great restaurant recommendation from the women who checked us in. If we return to Savannah, we definitely would love to stay there again!"

"Convenience of great music, beach and wonderful pool. Happen to hit a bad moment when they were upgrading hot water heater which is why they didn’t get a 5. 2nd time staying at the location and plan to return next year."

"From the moment my husband and I entered it was nothing but hello, smiles and helpful people everywhere the restaurant McKenzie went above and beyond taking care of us the valet Mario he went above and beyond answered our questions made us feel really comfortable everybody from getting to the hotel to the front desk and our whole day couldn’t have been any better and we will be back"

"Overnight stay, but the room was complete with kitchen stuff and full fridge. My family used the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast was very complete and had plenty of fresh options, not just cereal. Easy check in and check out. Great stay. Beds were on the firmer side, but I slept good."

"Good Afternoon, Just returned home from our little trip from Savannah. Wife and I are already planning a return trip back. This hotel is possibly going to be one of our little hidden secret spots. Beautiful hotel. Clean! Amazing showers, beds are soft. Well preserved and the hotel staff are very polite and welcoming. Again, very clean hotel. Great location. Kid friendly. "Liked the location. The first room we were in was right next to the elevators - it was a bit noisy a vibrated the walls and floor. The Front Desk graciously was able to change us to a different room."
