"Everything was excellent except for the bathroom in our room was dirty and the valet was a joke. Looked like a middle school boys used our bathroom before we got there. Valet was a joke when we tried to get our truck the next day, it took an hour to leave. Had to go back and forth on a location, had to pick my own keys out and whole process was a chaos and unorganized"

"We stayed here for one night due to my daughter was graduating and the convention center. The room was very clean and my mother enjoyed the bar. Only downfall was we didn’t have any info about restaurants around that would deliver after 10. Otherwise this was a enjoyable hotel to stay in and if ever In Savannah again will reserve again."

"Room was fine. Small for what we paid but it was clean. Staff checking in was rude, I’m glad we only stayed one night. I’ve never had attitude from staff like I did trying to check in. Checking out, the person at the counter didn’t speak to us."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island! We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years. We’ve stayed all over the island but really love Sonesta.The property itself is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. From the gorgeous grounds to the spa-like adult pool area, everything felt luxurious, relaxing, and thoughtfully cared for. The resort is just steps from the beach, which made the location perfect and so convenient. We loved being close to everything while still feeling tucked away in a peaceful resort setting. The beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was amazing, and the customer service was excellent throughout our stay. The resort is also beautiful to simply walk around and enjoy. You could tell guests were having a great time, and the whole atmosphere felt welcoming and fun. Overall, it was a gorgeous property in an amazing location with great service and so many thoughtful details. We would absolutely recommend it! 🌴✨"

"I left behind 2 Purple pillows and a sonicare toothbrush. They were zero help in getting those back for me. There is zero accountability in the housekeeping department. Unreal! I have never experienced anything this pathetic in all of my years of travel. Do better!!"

"Great location! It was so easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was perfect with the sleep sofa and pull out trundle which allowed my mom and son to have their own beds. The breakfast made mornings really easy and fast. Check-in was a little rough but after that everything was great. Also top marks to valet! They were quick and really nice. We had a spill on the way and the car was a little musty, they even took the time to spray some air freshener for us!"

"The staff was EXCELLENT very friendly, very helpful. The hallway and elevators smelled strongly of mildew. It gave me a cough and detracted from my experience. The food was mostly deep fried and not to my liking. My room was clean. The main areas were clean. Housekeeping was good. The main desk staff was attentive and helpful. Again the staff was GREAT!!"
