"This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. We arrived, and no one was at the front desk. We called and called, and had to wait quite awhile (close to 10 minutes) before staff showed up to check us in. After we were checked in and got to our Room, it appeared to not have been cleaned recently. Dust was on the clock, lights, bed frame, etc. A hair was in my bed, and on the bathroom sink. A light bulb was out on the sconce, and the alarm clock wasn't updated to daylight savings time. And the breakfast wasn't good either. Bananas were sliced and out with the other fruit. Turned brown and attracted flies. The flavors for the waffles were strange and unappealing, And the person who was cleaning and setting out the food, appeared to not have showered recently and smelled badly. All in all - not a great stay. "

"We stayed several days in a suite. The breakfast service was amazing - every morning the food was set out perfectly and very clean. When our rooms were cleaned it was a good job, but despite more than once specifically requesting a room cleaning we returned to find the service was not done. For what we paid I find that disappointing."

"We loved the vibe of this hotel. Every floor had a different theme. The lobby was beautiful. Lots of fun places for selfies! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had the usual amenities. However, the towels were a little smaller than I am used to. Plenty of places to charge devices. Nice to have option of mini frodge and microwave."
