I liked the area where the hotel is located. I liked the room arrangement shown in pictures and the amenities described. I didn't like the conditions the room had when I entered it. I entered the room late at night and the room was humid and wet all around the floor and walls. There was as strong odor to humidity or chemicals from the kitchen. On top of that, there was a strong continuous noise, all the time, coming from behind the ceiling, which looks like it was from an AC unit or so, which made us have a very bad sleep.

It's full of roaches they have roaches everywhere, and i dare you to turn the lights off they crawled every where ... horrible... I used them before but never again!

De mis experiencias de viaje, fue la más deprimente y frustrante. El hotel no aclara que no se hace limpieza diaria en las habitaciones, ni que las cajas de seguridad no funcionan, sino hasta que uno pregunta; hasta entonces es cuando a uno le informan que la limpieza se hace cada 7 días y que si uno desea la limpieza antes tiene un costo extra; ello ha propiciado que las paredes de las habitaciones estén manchadas de grasa y de mugre que dejan otros huespedes, pero lo más terrible es encontrarse con cucarachas en las habitaciones, sin duda es por la falta de limpieza. Hoy antes de salir logré exterminar una cucaracha que andaba entre nuestro equipaje: ¡terrible! Lo mismo es encontrar tapada la tarja del fragadero de la cocineta, en donde no fluye el agua y desde ahí se advirte la falta de limpieza en las habitaciones; en días pàsados igual nos hospedamos en este hotel y el ventilador del baño no funcionaba y por ahí escurría un goteo que caía casi sobre el WC. En las opiniones que otros huespedes hacen, hablan de que hay habitaciones infestadas de cucarachas, pulgas y chinches, lo cual no es raro si en las habitaciones no se hace la limpieza. SERÍA PREFERIBLE QUE LA TARIFA SEA MÁS ALTA, PERO A CAMBIO DE ENCONTRAR HABITACIONES EN BUEN ESTADO, SIN DUDA JAMÁS ME VOLVERÉ A HOSPEDAR EN ESTE HOTEL!!!

Lo que no me gustó es que el mueble de la habitación esta todo sucio como si las personas se sentaran sudadas o con mugre, el teléfono de la habitación no funciona, los controles del televisor son complicados para poner la programación, el servicio en recepción no da soluciones. De lo demas no hay queja alguna.
