"We arrived at the hotel, check in was a little concerning. There was an issue with the terminal, and our card was inadvertently charged twice. We went back to the desk after going to our room and realizing the error. When we approached the gentleman at the desk (not the same individual which checked us in), he was adamant the error did not occur. Of course we weren't going to let that go. No worries, the next morning, we approached the manager with the same issue, and he quickly rectified the situation with an apology and refund for the overpayment. Breakfast was great, parking was secure and the hotel and grounds were clean."
