"This was our 2nd stay. We stayed 4 nights. Check in was quick & Check out was even more quicker. The staff were awesome and a special thank you to the Housekeeper, Candice whom I enjoyed seeing every morning she was really sweet and accommodating. Kuddos and keep up the good work"

"I noticed some places in the hall and especially the area where you go from the hotel to the walkway of the street on the second floor where there’s water damage. My concern is that the damage did not look fresh. It looked like something that’s been an issue for a while where there’s water damage. There is mold. Other than that, everyone was so wonderfully nice and helpful. One of the guys out front though at the valet needs to leave the energy drinks alone; he was a bit aggressive. I enjoyed my stay. I had a corner King suite with a Riverview and it was absolutely wonderful. I will stay here again. It is also wonderfully located because the walking and nightlife is fabulous especially on the weekends."

"We had a wonderful stay. It was an older hotel. Only 2 elevators were working so that was annoying but that was the only thing. We will definitely be staying there again."

"The property was very clean and large. The two bedrooms had two bathrooms,one with a nice walk in shower. It had a full kitchen with what you needed for cooking and serving.The grounds were well kept with be grills and seating area. A home away from home. I have booked another stay for my wives birthday in october 2026...The was the lowest price that we could find in Williamsburg Va for such high quality place to stay.."

"Great Wolf lodge is very kid friendly and I like that the bands open the door. The kids liked that too cause they get to unlock the door themselves. We will return again soon."

"Individuals at front desk were extremely friendly and professional. Our room was huge (room 201 - suite w/3 beds + 2 bathrooms), clean, and perfect for our family of 5. Blackout blinds were greater and very much appreciated. The free breakfast was okay - nice to have a convenient free option available, but not particularly good (just meh) . But lots of other options nearby so not a big dealz"
