"Kids had fun at all pool areas, rooms were ok, little small but the balcony view of ocean was amazing. Had 1 issue but staff was great and fixed the problem right away. We would stay at the facility again."

"Old building that is in desperate need of repair and remodel and along with noticeable deferred maintenance items. Staff was very nice but service was super slow. I know this is a resort but there was a lot of hidden charges that weren't brought to my attention until I arrived. I prepaid and still had to pay another $200-$300 upon checkout. Ridiculous!! "

"The Staff were friendly very helpful, overall amazingly great! When we arrived we had a few hiccups, but nothing the staff couldn’t handle. I appreciate their hard work and see in making our stay an enjoyable one. I wouldn’t recommend the first floor, this just for my preference, being poolside didn’t give me the privacy I needed to enjoy the beach view. The parking was secure and safe. Again, my family and I enjoyed ourselves. It was our first time at this resort for our Spring Break vacation. I say, try it out… amazing customer service."
