"Staff were really nice. Decent size room, comfortable bed, and quiet. Nice breakfast included . Two of the 4 elevators were out of order when we arrived, one got fixed a day later. "

"Good location, however the information on the booking site is incorrect, there is no shuttle bus available. Which cause us time to looking for the bus, in the state of confusion, mislead by local driver, who changed us 200 sole to the hotel. I messaged the hotel twice, ahead of time, however without any response. Although the stay is nice, but non-responsive from hotel created unpleasant experience in Lima"

"Enjoyed my birthday trip, everything we needed was there. Even got a surprise birthday gift when we returned to our room. The staff and food were amazing. Room service was the best!!! Loved the buffet breakfast in the mornings."
