The Fox Tower at Foxwoods

"Absolutely loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer! Staff were very kind and the room was absolutely beautiful. Nicest bathroom & shower was a dream! We had fun at the casino and enjoyed an incredible dinner at Hell’s Kitchen! Highly recommend!"
Amsterdam Hotel

"The Amsterdam Hotel was a decent find near downtown Stamford. It offers an affordable, very clean & quiet stay with plenty of free onsite self parking. The room was relatively spacious & very clean. The decor & furnishings were older but comfortable. It did not have the convenient connectivity options most modern travelers need. Luckily I had an extension cord with power strip which accommodated charging our various devices on the night stands by the bed. The desk staff were nice & very helpful when engaged with questions about the area. The hotel provides a basic continental breakfast with individually wrapped muffins, bagels, toaster waffles, cold cereal bowls, regular coffee, hot water & orange juice. If you prefer decaf coffee &/or a hot breakfast, there are a few good neighborhood cafes & diners within a comfortable walking distance or relatively short drive from the hotel. All-in-all a pleasant experience & we would consider staying there again on a future visit to the area."

"We had a great time, the hotel was beautiful, the room was ample in size and king bed was very comfortable. The staff friendly and check in process smooth. The only criticism was around cleanliness, ie bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the floor.It was swept but very dirty."

"Wonderful hotel, within walking distance of the Olde Mystic Village and several restaurants. There is a beautiful, unique courtyard with couches and fireplaces that you can lounge next to with a drink and enjoy the feeling of fresh air while not being cold. Great place to end the evening with a sweetheart or a friend!"
