Golf Hotels in Coachella Valley, California

"Check in staff not very hospitable. Checked in at 7:30pm. Hotel Needs some serious updating. Hotel is very old. Rooms are musty and not aesthetically pleasing. Still using shower curtains that don’t work and spills water all over floor. Phone didn’t work in room. When maintenance came by I was ready to hop in shower and ask them to come back in 10min to fix phone but they never returned. Had to go down to restaurant to order room service since phone wasn’t working. Room service was in a paper bag and to go boxes, no plate or table was it served in. Restaurant/room service closed at 9 pm. Next morning housekeeping knocking at door around 10:00’to let us know check out is at 11:00. Did not feel welcomed at the hotel. Only positive is it’s a good location if you’re planning to go to the BNP tennis tournament. Close by. Complimentary shuttle would be nice. Won’t stay there again. "

"I can only say that the owners are not interested in investing in this property to do any upgrades. We go every year. Its sad to see that it's degrading. Dirty carpets on the stairs, hallways, rooms. Dirty walls and windows. Old shower heads and leaking water in the bathroom. Some rooms have been upgraded , but very few from what I understood when talking to other people staying there. Many disappointed. Unkept pools (which is so sad bc the water is so great). Ripped pool chairs. The restaurant is decent, but nothing worth to stay in to eat more then once. Staff is nice... I ll give it another try next year, but I ll have to start looking somewhere else when going to Indian wells tennis tournament every year ... "

"We loved the property! Three pools and plenty of seating. The lazy river was a lot of fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the cucumber water at the front entrance! The rooms could’ve been a tad bit cleaner.. they were large and beautiful, but there was remnants of sunscreen, fingerprints on all the doors. We loved staying there and will be back next year for sure:)"
