"I love this hotel. I love balconies, i have stayedhere a dozen times. I must say though they need showers poolside (so people can pee). Bathrooms and showers are upstairs outside a gate ... too far "apparently" for people to go to pee. I always wonder what pharmaceuticals can be found in pools like this? All they need is a little shower supplied with a hose attached to one of the many palm trees poolside; $30.00 bucks tops. I dont put my body in pools like this. This is the adults only pool. Kids poool lets not talk about. At least most kids to need meds. I just watched the people and they never go anywhere besides in and out of the pool. Humm i do wonder... yuk!"

"This is my home away from home. The view is spectacular. The staff is wonderful - Angel, John, Christina, Tina, Karisma and LiLi. Welcoming, helpful and patient. I stay here often and for as long as I can. The breakfast is ample. Dogs have the best play area."

"I and two of my disabled friends stayed in room 7015 from May 26th thru 28th. I called ahead of our arrival to request a room near an elevator. I was told they would do their best to accomodate my request. When we checked in, I made the same request. Then we walked an unreasonable distance to the room, only to find there was obviously someone else assigned to that room, as all their clothing and personal effects were there. The bellhop informed us there was an elevator that was out of order for a whole week! We then trekked back down to the lobby, to again request a room near the elevator. We were a bit closer, so at least someone tried, which I appreciated. They also posted 3 charges on the same day for parking. We checked in, and self parked, yet I now owe them $85.00. Trying to reach ANYONE to get these things fixed, I have been ignored."

"Some of the desk staff was helpful but some were very rude. The staff in the restaurant were great There was a lot of homeless people wandering around the grounds including wanting for guests to go through sliding doors and following them in and checking the trash cans inside and any that were in hallways where rooms are."
