"We went for breakfast at 730 am and no food left they brought more but not much and again by the time we go in line and to the hot food, it was all gone again. We asked staff for more food.as.we had still not eaten. We never did get breakfast...ate somewhere else. There was a bunch of water in the elevator from someone who was in the pool causing a tripping hazzard."

"I requested a handicap room. It was not available due to a leak. When I woke up today there was no water. Staff did not share this info. When I was ready to leave they said the water is back on. I will not stay in this facility again. "

"Hotel was updated clean and new staff was very nice and suggested things to do in Beaver Dam area My only problem was that the pool area was so strong of chlorine smell that I couldn’t participate in swimming with my grandson because it affected my breathing , with that being said I feel that an exhaust system should be installed to make the pool area safer ! We come to beaver dam to visit our grandson and I might have to rethink staying at Comfort inn because I enjoy swimming with my grandson and because of this issue I can’t .
