"The wifi is not great. So if you are planning to have some office work, I recommend take 5G device with you. Vodafone 4G worked for us but if you sit near the window. The cottage is nice and as advertised. However, 2 things don't do in its favor: 1) The cottage is surrounded by amazing view but the cottage itself has no view ( the windows open to the street and house opposite). Top Clun Hotel Reviews

The lion hotel

8/10 Good

"Room lovely but very small"

The Salwey Arms

10/10 Excellent

"All staff very warm and welcoming. Accommodation was very good, comfortable as described. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked with good local produce. Food, evening meals were great. Although there was an issue with slow service on our first night, it was sorted quickly and staff more than made up for this, over the rest of our stay. It is an extremely busy place for good food and drink which is great."

The Talbot Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Well where do I start, the staff were excellent as they were so helpful, caring and very friendly. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the food was excellent as well as being very tasty. Being treated by the cat was lovely as it was so friendly and waited for us at the top of the stairs when we came to our room. So much looking at planning to go back for another visit."

The Radnorshire Arms Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"An old building with historic interest situated in a town with many interesting old building which is well worth a walk around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meals and Sunday carvery were tasty and specials were explained. A thing to note is that there is no lift so mobility needs to be good to walk up stairs which was not a problem for us. Enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year as still much more to explore in the ares"
