"The hotel's location was excellent. It was literally across the street from the Chateau de Frontenac and the St Lawrence River. It was also close to everything like the Citadel, restaurants and shopping streets. The Hop On Hop Off bus top was 2 blocks away. Despite the lumpy bed in our room, it was very quiet since the roads around the hotel are closed to regular traffic from 11 am to 11 pm! The room was clean and the cleaning was done daily during our 4-day stay there. We didn't have a car, but know that parking was available from others. The A/C and TV worked well, but the coffee machine was not. We mentioned it to the housekeeping staff on our way out and it was replaced with another one when we returned to the room later in the day. Reception was available from 10 am to 7 pm so contact was minimal but they seemed pleasant (different person each day). It would have been better if we didn't have to use the coffee cups when we brushed our teeth! The fridge was a welcoming addition. Overall, our stay was enjoyable at this hotel and would recommend it."
