"It was located in a good spot with a quick walk to the bus station. They didn't change the towels or bedding with the room service. The service from the front desk staff was very professional and kind, the restaurant though had staff playing loud music while guests were eating and were on their phones quite a bit."

Room was gorgeous, recommend the river view (the higher up the better!) We had dinner at Dark Sheppard and were well looked after by the team.
