WILDES INNS

WILDES INNS

8/10 Good
"Overall it was a good experience: staff, value, ambience and food. Some elements were disappointing - toothpaste on a clean(?) towel, blood specks on a pillow. And I had requested a quiet room which was acknowledged prior to my visit. I was given a room over the bar courtyard - music played under my window until I requested it was switched off at 9pm up to which time no one had used the courtyard due to the cool weather. Thankfully it wasn't in the heat of summer. And sadly the modern hotel construction meant the room above picked up all noise from movements. I didn't think that a bit of extra thought would have put me in a room that would have offered a more quiet environment which it clearly wasn't, showing either wilful disregard for my request or no thought it through. Did I complain? Did I need to. The damage had been done."

Frequently asked questions

Can I find a vacation rental in Clipstone?

Yes, we give you a choice of vacation rentals close to the most popular attractions in Clipstone, or you can select a secluded option if you're looking for relaxation.

What can I see and do in Clipstone?

While exploring the area, visit family-friendly sights like Walesby Forest, or get outside and enjoy nature at Vicar Water Country Park. Sherwood Pines Forest Park and Rufford Abbey are a couple of places you'll find in the larger area.

What are vacation rentals like in Clipstone?

Vacation rentals are privately owned properties you can book for several days or longer in Clipstone. Vacation rentals feature extras like laundry facilities and kitchens so you'll be comfy for your stay. If you're concerned about a sanitized environment, a vacation rental can provide a sense of safety away from shared hotel elevators and lobbies bustling with people while still allowing you a great travel experience. You'll also get more space in a vacation rental than in a hotel, which makes a vacation rental an attractive option for a family getaway.
