"The price is right, but you get what you pay for; two floors with no elevator, outside entry door, inadequate lighting, skimpy on the bath towels, and no smoking rooms smell like smoke. However, the water pressure is good, the HVAC works, the staff is pleasant and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast is sufficient."

"The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable king bed. Puzzlingly, aside from a small office-style chair for the computer desk, there was no other chair or couch in the room. The only place to sit was on the bed. There were some signs of less-than-careful maintenance. For example, our room door was mis-mounted at an angle in the door frame, which meant that there was a gap between the door and the outside hallway at the top, and the bottom corner of the door scraped across the floor, making the door hard to close."
