"I would give Amenities a 4, but having to pay for WIFI is such a weird thing these days. Otherwise, the staff is totally on point, to the nines with attire and appearance, politeness and take care of business efficiently. Place is spotless!! For its age. "

"Had the basics, it’s a decent place to sleep, but room wasn’t furnished completely and the bathroom had pluming issues. They also only provided clean towels once for a slightly longer than a week stay and no room service. It does offer a nice covered parking lot and is located near a bus stop. "

"52 Waltham, Clean room, staff were nice, kitchen is *okay*, no oven, inside of microwave was rusty so theres a spare sitting on the counter rather than it being replaced, didn’t see a pool. Breakfast was only coffee, tea, store bought muffins in singular packs, and granola bars."

"Overall, very good stay. Friendly and helpful staff, decent (usually empty) swimming pool, fairly good breakfast options. Be aware that they take a pending payment (in my case $600) upon checking in, which seems unnecessary (I'd paid for the entire stay in advance) and came as a shock (there is a sign about this but the person who checked me in didn't mention anything)."
