"Nice hotel, going through a refurbishment, so quite noisy early morning, unfortunately we had an issue with the heating system in the room, they did provide an electric heater but we didn’t use….everything seemed nice and clean but there were tea marks on the carpet next to the bin, the duvet didn’t fit the cover, it was too long head to toe but too small from left to right, I just think whoever made the bed, didn’t fit the duvet to the cover properly…..the staff seemed pleasant enough, not to much interaction…I would recommend but after the refurbishment was completed.."

"I’m teased a lot for being a hotel snob, but this hotel has changed my views on “cheaper” hotels, stayed here 4 nights and I’m actually a bit sad to be leaving, I have felt welcomed and comfortable here from the moment I arrived to the moment that I am about to check out. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble and all work very hard. Book with confidence, you won’t regret it. "

"Clean and spacious room, tea and coffee facilities included in the room, which was nice. More choice of tea would have been nice, for example a herbal tea option. Breakfast was great value for money, and the service was superb. The young lady was extremely pleasant and welcoming."
