"We chose this hotel because we were traveling with pets. I requested a pet room. Walking in it looked okay. A bed, a table and an office chair. The bed was great. The bathroom facilities were not: The walls in the tub area were patched and crumbly, not repainted well if it was repainted. The water pressure for the shower was so poor I could not wash my hair. As I stood in the shower the water came up over my ankles and after turning off the water, it took 20 minutes to drain. The outlet by the sink had only one receptor working. When we turned on the hot water at the sink, it sprayed/leaked water all over the counter. When we tried to call the front desk, the phone did not work. Looking at the smoke alarm, we questioned whether it would work or not. It was very old and yellow. The next morning we were leaving, there were 2 very tiny bugs of some sort by the edge of the tub on the floor. Room 339 needs repairs before it is used again. I shared our experience with the front desk person as I did not want to lose my $100 room deposit that was required in addition to the pet fee of $50 for two small dogs that did not cause a problem."

"The room was clean. However, the bathroom sink would not drain the shower knobs were not working correctly. The coffee in the room was only decaffeinated whicj I didn't want. Overall was okay for the price. "

"Parking was fine, lot was full of cigarette butts, rooms were clean, bed were ok. Bathroom needed the floor mopped, (hair) Painting tape was still around wall edges. Breakfast was minimal; no fruit. No yogurt. Some bread, no pastries. Not a lot of choice other than waffles. Staff was quiet but friendly. Cooking smells from rooms on second floor were over powering."

"The room was clean, but neither of the two tvs worked. We called the front desk and were told to try the connection. That was unhelpful. The ac was inefficient and we had to open the sliding door until late to cool things off. One hand towel and two bath towels. Called to get WiFi pw but didn’t get an answer. Feel we are entitled to a discounted rate. Breakfast was fine. "

"All staff was friendly and accommodating! I love the walk by the elevator with things to do and places to eat. "
