"The beds are comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with pots pans dishes ect…full sized stove and medium size fudge and freezer. The units are all Lake View with a porch to watch the sunset. Breakfast was quite a good spread. Most hotels in W Yellowstone offer a full breakfast but this place does a good effort of offering everything you need. The area is over priced due to it’s proximity to the park, but you can get a good deal out of peak season."

"Sneaky floor up above us sink didn't drain barley hot water upstairs bathroom leaked and wet the carpet.spoke to staff and they were like oh well.Stayed in less expensive room in the last month that were 100% better for the expensive price."

"I was traveling with my husband and my mom. We booked two rooms and requested that they be on the same floor so I could assist my 73-year-old mom whenever she needed me. When we checked in, we were told there were no two rooms available on the same floor. It was a busy night, and no other rooms were available. When I asked to change the room that was located right next to the breakfast area because it was noisy, the front desk staff said there were no vacant rooms. However, when we opened the door, the room was dirty. Only then did the staff manage to find another vacant room. I think she may have felt guilty for not being honest earlier, as she told me they would move our rooms together the next day since we were staying for three nights. The next day, we packed our belongings and vacated both rooms so they could easily relocate us to the same floor. When we returned around 8 p.m., we were told they couldn’t move our rooms because nothing was available. I can only assume they didn’t want to clean the rooms. When we returned to our original rooms, no housekeeping had been done — they were in the exact same condition as when we left. This was probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The breakfast area was dirty, with flyers everywhere, and the staff seemed lazy and dishonest about everything."
